The Objective
Bring together 120+ teams from around the world for an 8-day Masters-level championship
Transform the University of Limerick into a tournament venue on par with professional stadiums
Ensure operational excellence, athlete experience, and broadcast readiness
Deliver an event environment defined by consistency, professionalism, and operational excellence at every touchpoint








Implementation
Venue & Infrastructure
- Designed and installed 21 top-grade grass fields
- Built a pop-up tournament infrastructure including athlete village, hydration points, med tents, and signage
- Managed utilities: power, water, waste, connectivity, and first aid access
Scheduling & Gameplay
- Developed a 7-day match schedule with WFDF Competition Committee
- Delivered 700+ matches without delay, including showcase field events
- Coordinated with spirit scoring, captains’ meetings, and field marshals
Athlete & Team Services
- Supported team travel, customs clearance, and accommodation logistics
- Delivered team packs, orientations, and a central information hub
Volunteer Program
- Recruited and managed 100+ volunteers across 10 core functions
- Created shift systems, handbooks, and multi-language support
Broadcast & Media
- Coordinated with Ultiworld and WFDF Media for livestreaming across key fields
- Supported real-time scoring and updates through digital and on-site channels
